Quick Study of Strongs number 5516: chi xi stigma
Interesting things to see below. I just happened (appointed to be in a place at a time) to be watching a video when this older or oldish commentator said the Lord gave him meaning of 666. He was told to study Strong’s Word 5516: chi xi stigma. Yanking my Strong’s off the shelf I found it and here is what is said. “the twenty second, fourteenth and an obsolete letter (4742 as a cross) of the Greek alphabet (intermediate between the fifth and sixth), used as numbers; denoting respectively six hundred, sixty and six; six hundred sixty-six as a numeral: --six hundred threescore and six.”
Ref: Strong’s Complete Word Study Concordance: Expanded edition, (2004. Amg Publishers, Chattenooga, TN, - p.2178).
OK…, so if you take just a few moments of your precious time and escape your “normalcy bias” (everything is good, everybody loves me and only does good things for me, my government will make sure no harm comes to me, etc. etc. etc.), you can pick some very damning information from some of the clips I’ve copied and posted below. Here’s a word-number breakdown for you. This is just my casual observance. I tried to keep the definitions and explanations as related to the Greek, however you can get into Asian Chi which parallels in a different way.
1. chi-600: chi sequence of DNA serving as stimulators of DNA repair. Chi site is unique to each group of closely related organisms. Serves as a signal to the helicase (an enzyme) that triggers a major change in the activities of this enzyme. The result after several scientific terms you can read for yourself below, a “strand invasion” is facilitated, strand invasion forms a joint DNA molecule called a D-loop. Resolution of the D-loop is thought to occur by replication primed by the 3’ end generated at Chi (in the D-loop). D-loop may be converted into a Holliday junction , the Holliday junction can be converted into linear duplex DNA and, either type of resolution can generate recombinant DNA molecules if the two interacting DNAs are genetically different.
Recombinant – Wikipedia
Recombinant may refer to: Recombinant organism – an organism that contains a different combination of alleles from either of its parents.Recombinant DNA – a form of artificial DNA sequence. Recombinantprotein - artificially produced (and often purified) protein. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recombinant
In Conclusion: So...by interfering in the chi sequence we can create two unrelated strands of DNA neither related to the original. Let’s play this out to the next step.
2. xi-60: many meanings/uses of the symbol can be seen below. Some that interest me include; extent of reaction in chemical engineering, polypeptide chains of the human embryonic hemoglobin types, a parameter in a generalized Pareto distribution, crystal nuclearation (The time until the appearance of the first crystal is also called primary nucleation time, to distinguish it from secondary nucleation times. Primary here refers to the first nucleus to form, while secondary nuclei arecrystal nuclei produced from a preexisting crystal.), and also algorithms used for robot localization and robotic mapping.
In conclusion: These are of course scientific and mathematical uses for the symbol xi which you and I may not fully understand. However, many seem to have related purposes. Chemical reactions, relational distributions, and of course our current nemesis “alogorithms” cleverly used against us in such modern social media as facebook, google, etc. So what does that have to do with me? We ponder how it could be physically done to us, so we move to the “stigma”.
3. stigma-6: Can be seen as the last phase. A mark or brand (interesting). Now read this...”When stigma began to be used in English, it usually meant the kind of mark or stain you can't actually see.” As noted below! And my personal favorite “ from PIE root *steig- "to stick.” Yes to stick...to pierce, stab, transfix, goad," also "to remain embedded, stay fixed”.
In conclusion: Although 6 is the last of our numerals and can be seen as the last phase, I think this has been going on for awhile now. Could it be that the evil of the earth has taken the invention of the vaccine and used it to the transformation of the human “genome”.
So...is the mark of the beast “a mark or a stain you cannot actually see”? That could in fact describe a chip implant to the right hand or a forehead. Is the world getting more and more evil? Could there be an ongoing modification of the post flood human genome via vaccinations? Why have males become outwardly feminine? Why have females become outwardly masculine? How is that area populations seem to have exceedingly higher numbers of gays/lesbians. Would it be possible they teach our children that they can be any gender they choose because they have actually messed up the DNA strands over the years to a point genders are changed?
Think for yourself...but here’s what I see. First there is the “stick” of a needle, followed by human chemical engineering along the lines of a Pareto Distribution program (entire cities are based on these - power-law probability distributions), accompanied with the alogorithmic social media to prepare our minds, all engineered to create a populace with a specific DNA makeup and hive mind set.
Below are my posted notes most of which have their origin noted in one way or another. Sorry if you don’t see what is shown here or just don’t believe it (the normalcy bias). Things are physically changing in our human make up, other side effects are prevalent such as autism and auto immune diseases. I said probably 8 years ago now that vaccinations are mandatory because a group is using them for human experimentation and modification. This caught my eye today because it ties the implant and vaccinations into the number of the beast. I believe the beast is alive and well and we’ve been intentionally modified along the lines of what the pre-flood fallen angel race utilized biblically known as “pharmakia”.

chi (greek):
1. Greek numeral
In the system of Greek numerals, it has a value of 600.
2. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A Chi site or Chi sequence is a short stretch of DNA in the genome of, a bacterium near which homologous recombination is more likely than expected to occur. Chi sites serve as stimulators of DNA double-strand break repairin bacteria, which can arise from radiation or chemical treatments, or result from replication fork breakage during DNA replication. The sequence of the Chi site is unique to each group of closely related organisms; in E. coli and other enteric bacteria, such as Salmonella, the sequence is 5'-GCTGGTGG-3'. The existence of Chi sites was originally discovered in the genome of bacteriophage lambda, a virus that infects E. coli, but is now known to occur about 1000 times in the E. coli genome.
The Chi sequence serves as a signal to the RecBCD helicase-exonuclease that triggers a major change in the activities of this enzyme. Upon encountering the Chi sequence as it unwinds DNA, RecBCD cuts the DNA a few nucleotides to the 3’ side of Chi; depending on the reaction conditions, this cut is either a simple nick on one strand or the change of nuclease activity from cutting the 3’-ended strand to cutting the 5’ended strand. In either case the resulting 3’ single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) is bound by multiple molecules of RecA protein that facilitate "strand invasion," in which one strand of a homologous double-stranded DNA is displaced by the RecA-associated ssDNA. Strand invasion forms a joint DNA molecule called a D-loop. Resolution of the D-loop is thought to occur by replication primed by the 3’ end generated at Chi (in the D-loop). Alternatively, the D-loop may be converted into a Holliday junction by cutting of the D-loop and a second exchange of DNA strands; the Holliday junction can be converted into linear duplex DNA by cutting of the Holliday junction and ligation of the resultant nicks. Either type of resolution can generate recombinant DNA molecules if the two interacting DNAs are genetically different, as well as repair the initially broken DNA.

Stigma (greek):
1. Stigma (uppercase/lowercase Ϛ ϛ), is a sign that was used in the Greek alphabet for the combination of the two letters Sigma (s) and Tau (t). It is also used as a symbol for the number 6 in the system of Greek numerals.
1. noun
- a mark of disgrace associated with a particular circumstance, quality, or person.
"the stigma of having gone to prison will always be with me"
synonyms: |
shame, disgrace, dishonor, ignominy, opprobrium, humiliation, (bad) reputation "the stigma of bankruptcy" |

|
- (in Christian tradition) marks corresponding to those left on Jesus’ body by the Crucifixion, said to have been impressed by divine favor on the bodies of St. Francis of Assisi and others.
- a visible sign or characteristic of a disease.
-
a mark or spot on the skin.
2. Origin
late 16th century (denoting a mark made by pricking or branding): via Latin from Greek stigma ‘a mark made by a pointed instrument, a dot’; related to stick1.
3. Did You Know?
In Greek and Latin, a stigma was a mark or brand, especially one that marked a slave, so a stigma marked a person as inferior. When the plural form stigmata is used, it usually refers to the nail wounds on Christ's hands and feet, wounds which have sometimes reappeared on the hands or feet of later worshippers such as St. Francis. When stigma began to be used in English, it usually meant the kind of mark or stain you can't actually see. So today we hear about the stigma of homelessness, the stigma of overweight, and the stigma of mental illness. People may be so afraid of being stigmatized for losing a job that they'll put on their office clothes and drive out their driveways every weekday morning so that the neighbors won't know.

6. stigma (n.)
1590s (earlier stigme, c. 1400), "mark made on skin by burning with a hot iron," from Latin stigma(plural stigmata), from Greek stigma (genitive stigmatos) "mark of a pointed instrument, puncture, tattoo-mark, brand," from root of stizein "to mark, tattoo," from PIE root *steig- "to stick; pointed" (see stick (v.)).
Figurative meaning "a mark of disgrace" in English is from 1610s. Stigmas "marks resembling the wounds on the body of Christ, appearing supernaturally on the bodies of the devout" is from 1630s; earlier stigmate (late 14c.), from Latin stigmata.
